Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 7 days to return an item from the date it was delivered.

Returns / Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging 
  • Be accompanied by a note indicating the reason for returning the item
  • Include the original delivery note

You will be responsible for all shipping costs relating to the exchange of an item.


Upon receiving the returned item we will inspect the item and promptly notify you on the status of the refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to the card used to make the original purchase. You should receive the refund within a couple of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, if you don't, please contact us for assistance.

Please note: the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
